I would just love to know to whom the writers were speaking when they wrote these lyrics? My husband and I have a LONG-STANDING debate about it! He thinks it's being sung to the current guy saying that she's leaving him for the new guy. I think it's the other way around; I know how it feels to love a man for no apparent reason! I think it's written to the good guy who came along and can't understand why she would stay with the current man even though he ain't all she deserves. God, I hope I'm right because if not, I will have to eat crow for days! Please tell me which it is!!! Please!
