This is my favorite song on the album. I recently went through a separation from a boyfriend who had an anger issue. Just as Jasmine put it, it was like a hurricane the way he broke dishes, put holes in the wall, etc. He broke my heart and I was left with the pain. It was hard but I was able to get through it. Love this song because it is such a reflection of what I was going through as a young woman myself.
